Highway Closures Due to Railroad Crossings

The railroad crossing at FM 20 will be closed from 5am-5pm on Thursday 11/10. They will also be closing FM 812 at the railroad crossing from 5am-5pm on Friday 11/11.

The railroad and TxDot are also working with Gold Star Transportation to share details and reroute buses. Gold Star has informed us they are allotting extra time and the plan is for normal morning pick up times. Please know that reroutes will likely mean that students arrive to school a little later than normal and may arrive home a little later as well. Of course, we will not mark tardies on these days.

For questions, we are happy to assist in any way we can. We will also be sending phone blasts in both English and Spanish to all families with this information.
